Reporting a problem
Choose the topic Problem report and include:
- The Facebook link you pasted, in the link field.
- The error message GetSave showed, word for word if you can.
- Your device and browser, for example iPhone with Safari or Windows with Chrome.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
When the error says that a video is private or needs a login, the limit usually comes from Facebook. If the video plays on Facebook without logging in, send its link: that helps find real problems.
Copyright claims
If you hold the rights to a video and want it blocked on GetSave, choose the topic Copyright claim, or open the form with that topic already selected. Include:
- The Facebook link of each video. Put the first one in the link field and any others in your message.
- The work concerned, for example a film, a song or a show.
- Your name, and whether you hold the rights or are allowed to act for the rights holder.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the rights holder, its agent or the law has not allowed this use.
- A statement that the information in your message is accurate and that you hold the rights or are allowed to act for the rights holder.
- Your full name at the end of the message, as your signature.
Each claim is checked. When a claim is complete, the video is blocked and is no longer available through GetSave. GetSave cannot remove videos from Facebook. To have a video taken down, report it to Facebook. If a video you made or hold the rights to was blocked by mistake, send its link and the reason with the topic Copyright claim.
